so far I've had no problem with the app! Although its pritty basic it's simple and straightforward to use. phoned customer services and spoke to a lovely young lady called 'Kim' she was really helpful and explained the payment process and delivery.

Ordered the smart television a few days ago at £7 a week. But upon investigation, I found television on amazon for £140 new. Hiya, ripping me off for sure. And it was secondhand also. Even worse, they do 32inch same price? I have been given a delivery date of 15th September. No word since? Messaged then 2 times on app and emailed 2 times to for update on order. And why so dare for refurbished tv. Update. The contact email was given by hiya. After the original review. Does not exist? It's bogus!

Absolutely useless app and customer service. They give you a contact number that is always busy been trying for 5 days. Can not get hold of anyone. Request a call back been 5 days still no call back. Will be cancelling the direct debit, no doubt then they will contact me. Can't wait to get rid of their product would give a 0 star review if that was an option. Edit, managed to finally cancel after been told to pay 834 said no, to be told to pay 100 said no, they will now collect the TV. DONT USE
